On this Christmas Eve I just wanted to post a picture of my babies b/c I am most thankful for them. I am so blessed this Christmas to be back home with my sweet family. I am so thankful for Cole and Chloe and the beautiful children they are to me. Thank you, Brent for giving me such a happy life! I love you!
